Journai, Sir Gautier

Description
A poor, minor knight from the foot hills of the Darst Range. He had three sons, the youngest of which is Reynaud Journai. Because of his poverty, he sent Reynaud to Heart's Hope Monastery as a boy. During the Beinisonian Invasion, he helped guard the town of Dargon. His eldest son fought with Duke Clifton during the Battle of Shark's Cove, and died there. Upon hearing of his heir's death, Sir Gautier slowly lost himself in drink.
