Description
SongWarder Jepar is one of the guards of the Bardic College. Among his duties is to stand a shift at the main entrance, where he is the first thing that a visitor to the College sees. His uniform of light blue tunic, white hose, and red sash are kept perfectly tidy and properly arranged, so that he makes a good first impression for the College.
