[Dargon-writers-list] Forums Restructuring

I saw two. Alan, and Dan. Did not see the third one, which I think was 
the guy who called it a position. I was actually waiting for the other 
shoe to drop.

They have to go to both the forum and email list and request to join. We 
could do that for them, but I don't wanna. Once they request, any admin 
can approve them.

The only thing I have to actively do is add them to the database, which 
I will do after you get positive responses to the questions in your 
email to them, Jim. Just email me a quick note to add them and I'll 
usually be able to do it in a day.
