Description
Lord Charil enlisted the stonemason Tarrum to build an annex to his residence in the year 798. The stonemason used some of his revolutionary ideas to build the largest unsupported-span building yet produced. In Melrin of that year, Lord Charil took a pick-axe to the walls of his new annex causing it to collapse, killing three others besides himself, and injuring ten others.
